This is by FAR my favorite, quick & easy up-do! Been doing this look for months now, only higher up on my head... looks totally cute with a flower pin accent!

Fishtail side bun- really cant wait to try this on a bridesmaids or bride

I gotta try this next time I'm not sitting on my butt at home or working!

How To: The Braided Ballerina Bun.... This is totally going to be one of those "nailed it" items!

Best thing is; it’s easy to do, gorgeous and keeps your hair out of your way for the night. I made this a printable tutorial, so all of the steps are next to the photos. Enjoy! Tools you’ll need: curling iron (to prep the hair with waves), sectioning clips, teasing comb or brush, clear elastic rubber band, bobby pins, light to medium holding hairspray (to mist over at the end).

Perfect for the summer! ♥ "In a regular braid there are 3 strands. For this look, all you do is braid one of those strands beforehand and loosen it up with your fingers, then braid as usual. This creates extra texture + breaks up the mundane pattern of a regular braid."

Knot your average pony. **I tried this in my own hair... even though I have lots of long, thick hair, this style made me look like I had none! Seriously... I lost seven inches off the length of my pony tail :( Check out my "French Knotted Pony" for a variation I made... leaves more length and fullness in your pony tail, and makes for a super cool look!

I love the idea of doing this to my hair, but I have two problems: 1, what the heck do you do in step 5? Seriously, what? and 2, I really don't understand how to work bobby pins. This is why I'm afraid that I'll show up to my friend's wedding with my hair in a ponytail because I don't know what else I can do with it.

MUST TRY! Things Needed: Curling Iron, Elastic Band, Bobby Pins, Comb & Hair Spray. 1) Curl hair and create a low pony tail with the bottom middle portion of the hair & divide the rest into 3 sections 2) Tease the top portion & twist it down to the ponytail & pin it 3) Tease side portion & twist it to the ponytail & pin it 4) Repeat on other side 5) Add some hair spray & you are ready to go!

One-sided French Braid. It works on literally any hair type – short, long, curly, pin straight, anything! It’s so great for those mornings when you’re in a rush, but need something to pull your look together. Think of it as a french braid, but you only add in new hair from one side.

Soooo this frizz look is my hair naturally and now people are having to work to get it. HAHAHA I fight the frizz everyday!!!
