regular mirror glued to plywood and then assorted wood elements added. Very beautiful! I wonder if you could do this with and old door?

Such an awesome idea using a cheap mirror from Walmart or Target. Attach to a piece of plywood (paint it first), then add either crown molding or any other type of wooden accents, or an old door!

Love this look!! I would like to find an old door and replace the center with a mirror!!! Large mirror: use a cheap mirror, attach to a piece of plywood (paint it first), then add either crown molding &/or any other type of wood accents.

I don't like the color of this door or how it's made but I love the idea of making an old door into a full length mirror!

Entry ways are so important- they must be delish and they have to be functional too...I love the material mix here- and of course the scale...go BIG where you can. I always have a little vessel of some sort on my entry table to toss keys...orchids are a big YES, but NEVER fake- sorry, I despise silk plants in any situation- ever!

To make the "frame" I cut a piece of plywood to the size I wanted. The mirror came from an old sliding shower door that we got rid of years ago. For the top and bottom trim I used some of the short pieces of molding I had lying around from previous projects.  I purchased moulding that had a channel in it to hold the mirror down.
