In saucepan- caramels & water over low heat, stirring. melt. Add 1 c peanut butter & stir until blended. Pour over chilled mixture Place in refrig. Llow heat melt chocolate, stirring, add remaining 1/2 c of pb, stir until smooth. Pour over caramel, Refrigerate 1 hr Cut when firm.
