    Potato Salmon Patties: Med medium bowl, mix 15 oz can salmon, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup garlic & herb seasoned dry bread crumbs, 1/4 cup dry potato flakes, 1 onion, 1 cl garlic, 1/4 tsp dry dill weed, 1/4 tsp celery salt, salt, & pepper.Form into 2" balls, flatten into patties ½" thick. Heat EVOO med skillet med heat. In batches, cook patties 5 min each side til lightly browned. gm
