Phil Robertson and Miss Kay- before Duck Dynasty

Tom Mix

Tom Mix

Clayton Moore as "The Lone Ranger."

Duck Dynasty!

Duck Dynasty. Love those guys.

Curlers in Her Hair: 1963. Mary Tyler Moore with Dick van Dyke on the set. Part of a photo essay in Look magazine entitled, "America's Favorite TV Wife."

Book spin-off from "The Rifleman."

"Duck Dynasty."

TV dads.

Grizzly Adams.

"Joy of Painting." Bob Ross with a completed painting. Ross served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, reaching the rank of Master Sergeant.

Captain Kangaroo. He always creeped me out a little bit.

Fred Astaire & Cyd Charisse.

Shirley Temple and Bill 'Bojangles' Robinson.

"I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV."

Baretta. "Don't do the crime if you can't do the time." I know, I know...Robert Blake is a nut. But this was a pretty good cop show.

Warner Brothers television cowboys.

Queen for a Day. I remember watching this program as a little kid. They'd have two (three) women on who had been through some tragic life event, and profile their "woe is me" testimonials. At the end of the show, all the ladies would sit together at a table while the host recited the low points of each woman's pitiful story. The first woman to cry was the winner! They put a robe and a crown on her, and loaded her up with "labor-saving devices" (kitchen gadgets and small appliances). First foray into "reality TV"?

Leave It to Beaver.

TAGS.

Gary Owens, the announcer on "Laugh In." He always said the silliest things in the straightest way.

Andy Griffith with the Darlings. "The boys are all keyed up today, sheriff."

Definitely one of the funniest episodes of TAGS. They were trying to fool Ernest T. Bass, who was intent on marrying Charlene Darling.

The Dobie Gillis Show. Bob Denver played Dobie's friend Maynard G. Krebs.
