No gym needed... no excuse accepted. I just did this workout, it took me 10:03 min, avg hr 151. Burned about 110 calories. This is a great warm up to a cardio workout!

Im going to start doing this Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, since those are the days that I find difficult to go to the gym!
