Get started. * I tried this recently (while my baby was napping) and I haven't worked out too much lately (my baby needs to be held a lot) so I was out of shape. The first couple were hard since I'm out of shape but it keeps you motivated since it's less each time. I felt pretty good after and I felt like I got a pretty good workout. Since I'm out of shape though I had to take a break after 40 but I think if I did this every day or a couple times a week it would get me in shape.

No Gym Mini Workout: reduce the number of reps depending on your fitness level. Start with one fourth the amount you think you should be able to do. Then if it doesn't cause a flare repeat the same amount daily for a week. If still no flare go up a notch in intensity or number of reps. If something causes a flare take a day off to rest an recover, then resume at half the amount that caused flare. Avoiding flares is simple once you get the hang of it - start low and go slow- and follow your providers advice for any exercise plans.
