I found a plain wood wreath and stuck a bunch of toothpicks inside to represent a crown of thorns. Then used some small votive candles for each Sunday of Lent. I couldn't find purple or pink candles so I just went with white. In the center, I used some black clay and stuck a wooden cross that I painted brown in the clay. Once Easter comes, I plan to remove the toothpicks and put a bunch of flowers in their place and only have a large white candle in the center.
