Whole roasted chicken with a fig, dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar glaze. 1 cup fig glaze, half a cup each of dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar (and a splash of bourbon if you so choose). Bring to a boil, simmer to a glaze on low, then pour over chicken before and after baking! Delicious! Tastes great with garlic, rosemary, sage, olive oil, and thyme rub on chicken first!
