4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Cut the potatoes in to small chunks. Spray the bottom of a 13x9 pan, put the chicken in the middle, potatoes on one side and green beans on the other side. Top with half a package of italian dressing and pour oil olive over the top Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about an hour!
Crazy Good Casserole 4-5 chicken breasts, 6 strips bacon, 1 cans cream of chicken, fill can with milk and pour, 2 c. Monterrey Jack, 16 oz. rotini, 1T?? garlic powder. Cook and crumble bacon. Chop chicken and cook in bacon drippings. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook pasta. Drain pasta, add to pot and add chicken, 1 c. cheese, and soup. Pour into baking dish. Top with bacon and cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 min.

Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Rice- this looks so intriguing to me; except I hate processed foods and despise canned cream of anything. I wonder if I can make it cleaner. Maybe a mac'n cheese style (gluten free, of course) with rice and corn, maybe add some chicken or crab. Thoughts out there?
