Spinach Quiche Cups

Completely gluten-free and low-carb is this healthy and delicious SPINACH QUICHE CUPS that everyone will enjoy. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!


Strawberry & Cream Cheese Sandwich 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese 1/4 teaspoon honey 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest 2 slices very thin whole-wheat sandwich bread 2 medium strawberries, sliced Combine cream cheese, honey and orange zest in a bowl. Spread bread with the cheese mixture. Place sliced strawberries on 1 piece of bread, top with the other.

Sweet Chickpeas 1 can Chickpeas (drained, rinsed & dried) 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Agave Nectar (or Honey) Dash of Salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Quinoa Coconut Granola Bars: 1cup quinoa, 1 cup oats, 1/2 cups coconut, 1 cup nuts and dried fruit, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 3/4 cup honey, 1 TBL canola oil, 3 TBL Brown Sugar, 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 TBL oil
