Schindler's List (1993). This movie came out when I was 7, but I didn't watch it until I was like 12. When all the kids my age were crazy about aladdin and the lion king, it was my favorite movie, though i had very little knowledge about the nazis and the holocaust. I watched it again in college and I loved it even more. It still is one of my favorite movies up to this day.
