Beer Drinkers' Pizza - Martha Stewart Recipes tried this on 11/26/12 and it was awesome. Josiah and Seth approved- they added pepperoni and other toppings. Works well if you stick it in the oven to broil the top at the end. Everything was easy except cook time for each pizza took a while.
Soft Pretzel roll recipe 1-1/3 cups warm water 2 tablespoons warm milk 2-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast 1/3 cup light brown sugar 2 tablespoons butter, melted 4 cups all-purpose flour Kosher salt or Pretzel salt 2 quarts cold water 1/2 cup baking soda Directions In the bowl of a standing mixer fitted with a dough hook, mix 1/3 cup warm water with the yeast and let stand until foamy.
