One Pot Pasta...I made this tonight and it is REALLY GOOD! I pulled all the good meat off of a Rotisserie chicken and boiled the rest for the stock...sauteed the chicken with some mushrooms and then tossed it in with the rest...basil, oregano, diced tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and onion...and I tossed in a little cream cheese at the end...delicious!
