Pancake bites. Mix 1/2 cup pancke mix, 1/3 cup milk and 1/4 cup syrup. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full, top with desired topping (fruit, sausage, bacon, or chocolate chips). Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes.
Cheesy Potato Breakfast Casserole I made this for connection group. Instead of frozen potatoes I used 4 med potatoes and baked them in the microwave and then chopped them up. I also used breakfast sausage. It was really good. Will make this again.
