Sliced Baked Potatoes. Brush both sides with butter. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 375F 30- 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. Top with bacon, cheese, green onion. Continue baking until the cheese has melted. Add a dollop of sour cream when done and serve!

Crockpot Potato Soup - This was wonderful! I used cubed frozen hashbrowns instead of shredded. I added more onion and a few spices (garlic pepper, etc). I also put some bacon and cheddar in the crock pot for the last hour with the cream cheese.
