Chocolate Milkshake (All Phases) 8-10 ice cubes 1 c. skim milk 2 T Stevia 2 T unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 C part skim ricotta cheese (don't worry- you won't know it's in there, but it thickens the shake) 1 serving of peanut/almond butter Place all in a blender; blend 'til smooth. Top with Cool Whip Free if desired. This gets better and better as you drink; it's thick & chocolatey - perfect when you would kill for chocolate on phase 1! Great meal replacement shake due to all the protien.

To blender, add: 6 ozs milk (any milk or milk/whipping cream combo), 6 ozs espresso, 2 T real maple syrup, 2 T dark chocolate syrup, 1/8-1/4 tsp xanthan gum (to thicken it...this is in the Starbucks frap base), drop of peppermint extract, crushed ice.
