Summer Strawberry Coconut Cake Cream Cheese Frosting ~8 ounces cream cheese, softened, 2 sticks butter, softened, 2 16-oz. boxes powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ~Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla. Slowly beat in powdered sugar until desired consistency. Add a tablespoon or so of milk if icing is too thick. Ice cooled Summer Strawberry Coconut Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and fresh berries on each layer. Cover with shredded cocoanut and top with berries.

The worst part was de-boning/skinning chicken thighs b/c my store didn't have them packaged that way. That and the fact that when you cook with curry your house smells like it for days

Ingredients: 6-Cups Cooked Linguini Pasta 1 tsp. minced garlic 1/2 tsp. Pepper 6 oz. Sliced Mushrooms 1 Bag Fresh Spinach 1 Cup Bertolli Creamy Alfredo Sauce Directions: Saute garlic & mushrooms in a large sprayed skillet (3-minutes.) Add spinach & saute 3 minutes more. Stir in Alfredo sauce & pepper. Cook for 3 minutes more. Divide mixture into 6-servings and serve each over 1 cup of pasta!
