I use Ener-G Egg Replacer to make it egg-free.

BEST GF bread recipe I've found to date. You can fry it and it becomes naan. You can let it rise and bake it and you have a loaf of bread. You can roll it out and broil it and it becomes a pizza crust. Love this.
