Touches on government conspiracy and the disadvantages of being a woman, even in this supposed equal modern-day society. Some really sick scenes in here but they probably happen.
Three days before her twenty-fourth birthday, Katherine Gregory receives a letter from her deceased mother. It details a faery curse in which the eldest child in each generation will die in their twenty-fifth year. I fell in love with this book. The genre is kind of a romantic paranormal mystery. The plot contains so many twists and turns and really keeps you compelled until the end. The next one in the series is supposed to come out this year. I can't wait!
