Fiesta Chicken Casserole *Creamy, simple, delicious. I double recipe and use 1 can cream of chicken + 1 can cream of cheese. Also add some frozen corn into mixture before baking. Doritos are great on top. Finish with sour cream and salsa.*

    made this the other night it was good but needed to cook a lot longer. I didn't keep track of how much longer. Next time I think I will cook it for a while without the soup to get crescents almost done and then add soup and cook longer. I will make it again, everyone loved it.
