Corn Casserole - 1 box Jiffy, 1 can cream corn, 1 can whole kernel corn drained, 2 eggs, 1 stick butter, melted 1 cup sour cream. Mix all together in casserole dish adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
Found this at Taste of Home and all I can say is that it was a huge hit with my guys at the dinner table. I made it a couple of weeks ago and they are already requesting it again. The prep time seems like a lot but that is basically baking the potatoes and frying the bacon. This step can be done the day before.
Sliced Baked Potatoes. Brush both sides with butter. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 375F 30- 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. Top with bacon, cheese, green onion. Continue baking until the cheese has melted. Add a dollop of sour cream when done and serve!
