What food are you making for the 4th of July holiday? I created a spicy, chicken salad using baby spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, hot salsa (instead of fatty dressing), juicy fresh peaches, boneless chicken breast brushed with hot sauce, and topped it off with fresh avocado. Yummy! #GEFreshNY
