Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank.

Often we get so frustrated with out weight loss because we want to have that perfect little size 4 body that we can’t see the progress we’ve made so far.  I am the same way.  I keep seeing that I can’t drop down a size yet and that makes me want to give up.  But then I realize that the pants I’m wearing now fit better, I am walking around with less pain in my joints and I have more energy than ever.  I am making progress.  It might be slow progress, but it is progress.  I must keep at it.  One day I will get to my weight loss goal.  My goal for this week is to see progress, whether it be on the scale, the measuring tape or my ability to turn down that doughnut at work without regret.  We can do it!
