    Parmesan Baked Potato Halves. So yummy. I used both canned and fresh parm. For spices I put garlic powder, garlic salt, salt and pepper. I did put oil on the tops as the skins were drying out. To finish I put on a little butter and served with sour cream mixed with a little bit of ranch. Heavenly good. A great side, but can also be turned into a meal.
