Dale Chihuly studied interior design at the University of Washington, where he became interested in glass and later studied glass at the University of Wisconsin. It was the Rhode Island School of Design where he established and taught his glass program, that after ten years led him to Italy and the Venini Glass Factory in Venice. His art continues to be seen and loved in over 200 museums all over the world.
