This is so dumb and not researched at all. All desserts are bad?? It's all in how you prepare food and whether you're using processed ingredients or not. If you use good natural whole foods and avoid things that have been over processed and run through a factory your level of healthy can increase. This graphic is the type of graphic is what steers people in the wrong direction.
