My favorite pasta recipe of all time! Giada's Penne with Brown Butter and Arugula

Cauliflower "risotto"- www.forkandbeans.com  Interested to try this. I love risotto, but eating a whole bowl of white rice on a regular basis isn't really a good idea. Would be nice to have a healthier alternative!

I LOVE this!! Are you a shrimp lover too?  Try this quick way to make the best shrimp.  Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste:)

Chicken Lo Mein:  1/2 lb chicken breast-small chunks 12oz sweet potato noodles 4 med carrots, thin 3 inch strips medium red bell pepper, thin 3 inch strips bunch green onions, 3 inch strips 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 c soy sauce tsp garlic powder tsp corn starch tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 4 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup water 2 teaspoons EVOO Add everything, boil, simmer (covered) for about 15 minutes, stirring. Cook until most liquid is gone and chicken is cooked.
