Baked Spaghetti-this is an inexpensive way to feed a crowd and I ALWAYS get rave reviews and recipe requests. How I step it up: Use 2 TB Italian seasoning instead of oregano, trade out chicken broth for the water, use Italian stewed tomatoes or chunky spaghetti sauce, I also use some chopped garlic & sage flavor sausage mixed with the beef to add flavor. Serious comfort food.

Million Dollar Casserole: This turned out well and everyone liked it. I added 1lb of hamburger and some mushrooms. You can make the night before for an easy dinner the next day. I would add a little more of everything in the cream cheese mixture because that made it creamy. Split the recipe next time or we'll be eating leftovers for a week. It makes a lot! "A"
