Low-Roasted sweet potatoes -- slice sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch rounds. Brush both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Roast at 350 for 30 minutes, turning once. Raise temp to 400. Roast 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown
No-Fry Fries. Cut up your potatoes, place them in a bowl of cold water, dry them off and toss them with olive oil, place them on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 450 for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
