chicken cordon bleu. I tried this tonight. Yum! I did it poor man style though with cheap lunch meat ham and Panko bread crumbs and made mini ones so I got twelve small ones instead of six large. Froze a bunch so I can just pop in the oven for dinner when I am lazy.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole- I made it a little different than the recipe. I didn't bread the chicken, just sauteed it with a salt free seasoning (like Mrs. Dash). After I poured the chicken mixture in the casserole dish, I topped it with buttered bread crumbs. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli.
