Protein Cupcake: Preheat your oven to 355 1 Cup of Oatmeal 1.5 tbsp of baking soda 1 tbsp of Cinnamon 2 Scoops of Whey Vanilla Protein Powder 2 Drops of Honey (Optional you could substitute it with your favorite sweetener) 1 Egg 1/4 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 tsp of Butter and Nut extract to give it that butter taste 1tsp of Vanilla extract

Easy protein pancakes! Nothing but clean ingredients. Mix 3/4 cup egg whites with 1 pack plain dry oatmeal (or 1/2 cup - however you buy it). Microwave 20-30 sec to soften oats. Add 1 scoop protein powder of choice (I like banana or chocolate) and 1 tbsp pb2 (regular or chocolate). Can mix in 1/4 cup blueberries or use as topping. Mix and cook like a regular pancake.
