      Roasted Green Beans w Mushrooms, Balsamic & Parmesan - 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced in ½",1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed to bite size, 1½ T ea olive oil & balsamic vinegar, S to taste, 2 T finely grated parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 450F/230C. Put cut beans and mushrooms into Ziploc bag. Whisk together oil & vinegar. Coat evenly Arrange on large cookie sheet, Roast 20-30 minutes till tender-crisp. Season beans to taste & sprinkle with parmesan. Serve hot.
