Easiest breakfast in the world -- HOOTENANNY (Or Oven Pancake): Blend up 1 c. white flour, 1 c. milk, 6 eggs, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan. Then, pour 1/2 cube melted butter over the top (do not mix). Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Cut in pieces, drizzle with Maple Syrup, serve.

THE ONLY WAY TO COOK BACON: The trick is to put the pan in a cold oven and then switch it on and begin your timer. Im amazed how many people dont know this. Cook bacon in the oven. Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil first. We do 375 for about 20 min instead of 400 for ten because the lower and slower the more fat renders out.
This was the easiest and most impressive Christmas morning meal--a new tradition. I would halve the butter and use 2 tablespoons, but we aren't huge butter people. We sprinkled the top with fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar and everyone LOVED! This makes 4 generous portions, because who wants to skimp on Christmas?
German Pancakes: 6eggs, 1c milk, 1c flour, ½ t salt, 2T melted butter. Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender. Grease 13x9 baking dish w butter & pour in pancake batter. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies 2 cups sugar 4 Tb cocoa 1 stick butter 1/2 cup milk 1 cup peanut butter 1 Tb vanilla 3 cups oatmeal In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil sugar, cocoa, butter and milk.
