Bucatini with Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts #seasonal eating. My favorite veggie pasta dish. I double the veggies and everything that goes into them (garlic, onion, etc.) without doubling the pasta. With the extra veggies it needs about 3/4 to 1 cup of pasta water to make the sauce. Delicious!
