This is easy enough to figure out. Cut some heavy paper into 6" strips (maybe 1/2 or 3/4 wide). Start sewing with a bright thread (red, orange, green...whatever you like), and start feeding through the paper strips with 1" gaps in between each. So festive. Would look lovely with blues/white for Winter or red/green for Christmas too.

Whimsical party decor - looks like bubbles, would be fun for a Little Mermaid or any 'under the sea' themed party.

This is an adorable addition to any home, classroom or party for the Valentine Day season. This handmade garland was made by hand cutting hearts and several "x" and "o" shapes and then sewing them together to make a 7.5' long felt garland.
