In the book Matilda, Roald Dahl writes about a little girl named Matilda Wormwood who comes from a family that doesn't love her and a headmistress who loathes little children. Matilda, however is a very brilliant and kind-hearted child who loves to read and learn. When she finds a kindred spirit in her school teacher Ms. Honey, some very interesting things start to happen and Matilda discovers that she has more power than she realized. A good book for readers about the age of eight and up.
