Just need a small piece-good before exercising or to eat on the way home instead of some drive thru junk. Combine 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup honey, and three cups of oatmeal to make these awesome peanut butter bars! No baking required - just mix, press into a pan, and let sit overnight.
Skinny Chunky Monkey Cookies! 3 ripe bananas 2 cups oats 1/4 c peanut butter 1/4 c cocoa powder 1/3 c unsweetened apple sauce 1 tsp vanilla. Preheat oven to 350F. Mash bananas then add the rest of the ingredients and stir and let sit for 20 min. Then drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 min.
Peanut Butter Bars - SOOO easy and delicious. Tastes like a Reese's PB cup. Hardly any ingredients needed and takes little time to make. I use a food processor to grind my graham crackers but you can easily buy the box of crumbs that are available in baking aisle :)
