Strawberry Pretzel Salad: I make this recipe with the almond flour pretzel crust. Then I use some Mascarpone cream cheese, Truvia, and heavy whipping cream for the middle layer. Also, fresh strawberries and sugar-free jello for the top layer.
I love this salad/dessert. Although I do mine backwards. I put jello first, let it set, then I put the cream cheese filling and the pretzels. That way the pretzels don't go soggy at all and stay nice and cruchy!
