Day 1 Week 3 (30 day challenge) Fit Test time. I started week 1 last week and the 8 minutes go by fast but are grueling. Recommend having a written out description to do the exercise while doing it to look at in the 10 sec rest time. I use Seconds Free for a timer on my iPhone (it's free).
