MORNING SHAKE: 1 banana, 4-5 strawberries, 1/2 c. blueberries, 1 peach (peeled), heaping cup (or more) fresh spinach, splash soy milk, 1 TBSP Greek yogurt, 2 tsp honey, 1/2 cup crushed ice

I do this all the time- pre-frozen yogurt and cut fruit for smoothies- makes it much quicker to make a smoothie when I'm trying to run out the door

Dr Oz’s Anti-Bloat Chocolate Berry Smoothie 1 C strawberries 1 C raspberries 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips 1 C almond milk 1 C of ice Mix all ingredients in a blender until you reach the desired thickness. Drink and enjoy!
