Oh my word....Ham, Green Beans, and Potatoes in slow cooker. Can't wait to try it!

Put 2 cups of raw pinto beans in bottom of crock pot. Add can of rotel and diced green chilies. Mix in cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, minced onion, salt and pepper. Place roast on top, and season the same way. Pour enough water to cover the ingredients and half of roast. (May need to add more while cooking) Cook on high until roast falls apart. Then turn on low & let the spices simmer for a bit! Soooo easy & delicious!!

Crock Pot Potatoes Here is yet another EASY slow cooker recipe, but this time it's a side dish! What you need: 3 large red skin potatoes (diced) 1 package of Ranch dressing mix 3/4 cup of sour cream 1 can of cream of chicken soup

Spray your crock pot with cooking spray, mix 1 box of Scalloped potatoes and 1 box of Au gratin potatoes, 2 cups diced ham, 1/2 tsp. black pepper. Then cook on High for 20-30 min. then reduce to low and cook for 4-6 hours! about 30 min. before serving add some sour cream and some fresh parsley or dill then dig in!
