    yes! JUST GET OUT THERE AND DO IT. NO EXCUSES. Don't take your HEALTHY body for granted. If you can run and workout then do it. Quit making excuses! There are those of us who can't move an inch without incredible pain. And when this is over, I'll be back out there too. Be thankful for the body and health you were given. Get out there and DO IT.

We DO need breaks to replenish our soul. I know... that sounds corny. But when we are ill, when others think we are "taking a break" we are really at the doctor's office or in bed because we can... not... move. Not because our soul is resting. I find more and more that I need QUIET.

Because it's about time I become the best me I can be.
