Ahi Poke ■1/2 pound sashimi-grade ahi block, diced ■1 stalk chopped green onion ■1/4 chopped white onion ■1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce ■Squeeze of lemon juice ■1 tablespoon sesame oil ■Hawaiian red salt ■chopped limu (seaweed) And if you can find inamona (roasted kukui nut) to add, that is a definite plus!
