It is the yummiest cold weather dinner comfort food ever. We couldn't stop eating it! We've since made it with ground chicken - great choice.

Broccoli, Cheddar and Chicken Tator tot casserole. I made this tonight with some adjustments. LESS soup out of the can, added chicken broth and did all of the soup and chicken in a crock pot. I used frozen broccoli and cooked it for a few minutes before I added it to the soup mixture. Put it all in a dish and added the tots and cheese on top. The hubs LOVED it.

This was great. I did not have low sodium stock so I used regular. Would cut down on salt next time. Very easy and worth it.

Choose best-quality tuna that's packed in olive oil for this dish. Even after draining it, you'll get moister, richer results than if you used water-packed tuna.
