Baclava with Pistachios
Molly Wizenberg (Orangette blog and Bon Appetit magazine) Pistachio Baklava...yes, even I can make it!
I made Baklava twice, alittle time consuming splitting the filo dough, but totally worth it.
I was always scared to attempt to make it but since I saw this recipe, I've made it a couple of times. It always comes out really good. You're right...a little time consuming but so worth it for something special and different!
