Hey Dynamite Body Team! Grow your glutes with this fantastic body weight exercise; One-Leg Floor Bridges! All you have to do to complete this great glute-toning exercise is lay flat on your back with one leg bent, and foot firmly planted on the floor. Keep your other leg straight as you slowly raise your hips up off of the floor. You want to do 12 reps on each side, and do  3 - 4 sets for maximum benefit.
