Shamrock Shake. I tweaked this just a little and it turned out great. I halved all the ingredient amounts to make a single serving. I used no sugar added vanilla ice cream instead of regular, and light soy milk instead of regular milk. I also omitted the whipped cream and sprinkles. YUM!

I then made a trip to my local Cash & Carry (wholesale groceries) and I found a bottle of Green Mint syrup. It is in with all the syrups you buy for coffee and Italian sodas. I am happy to say that it tastes EXACTLY like the McDonald’s Shamrock Shake!

Low Carb Shamrock Shake: *1-2 scoops Breyers low carb vanilla ice cream *1/2 cup light cream *1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract *1 tablespoon DaVinci's Vanilla syrup (0 carbs) *3 drops green food coloring Add ice cream to the glass and stir it until it's smooth. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. No need to wash the blender for this one. Heavy cream is not recommended – too greasy. I think it tastes much better than McDonalds!
