Another Pinner said: "This kept my 2 year busy for an entire hour and my 4 year old busy for 2 hours! YAY! Drop vinegar tinted with food coloring onto a pan filled with baking soda. Sheer minutes of colorful fizziness!!... Pretty sure we will be doing this tomorrow!! Spring break activities here we come!! Yippee

This would be really fun for a "fun-filled" day.

This was awesome! Place milk in shallow dish- add drops of food coloring. Now grab a *magic* toothpick. What? You don’t know where to buy magic toothpicks?? Just dip the end in dish soap & touch the milk with it. Colors instantly shoot out at lightning speed creating a wake of rainbows! Try dipping the toothpick in the color first and then the milk and you’ll make rings. Do not drink the milk ;)

Use cake pan fill with water and add small toys that kids can chisel out! Can be toys from around the house or little party favor type ones. Add a small amount of food coloring to water to add a bit of color!

Popped Bubble Art

Popped Bubble Art: I've done this activity with my kids a few times now and it never fails to fascinate them - and me! Simply color bubble mix with food coloring and blow bubbles onto paper - as the bubbles land and pop, they create beautiful works of art. It goes without saying that this project is best done outdoors. A great one for those lazy summer afternoons.
