Country Kitchen - small kitchen idea. Love the backsplash tile work and shelves!

Buoyant Features Two long runs of counter space give plenty of room in this cottage kitchen. Blue-painted antique corbels hold open shelving and support the peninsula overhang, bringing vintage-inspired whimsy to the space. Sarah Richardson chose three different cabinet colors to create a dynamic color palette. She used natural materials and a lighthearted color for the backsplash, and the seeded glass cabinet doors bring an extra touch of softness.

Our kitchen idea- Sarah Richardson's summer cottage kitchen. Great marble mosaic backsplash.

I LOVE this kitchen. The cabinet colour mixed with the luxe backsplash tile is gorgeous. I really like the idea of mixing in open shelving with closed and adding in some architectural details (like the corbels here) for interest. #sarahrichardson

Green Kitchen Cabinets. Try a custom mix of Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan for this vintage green...5 parts Old White, 2 parts Antibes and 2 1/2 parts French Linen.

This is what we will do above the cabinets because of the air handlers. I do like the white, but light grey would be nice and would probably make the cabinets look taller
