    Bite Size Apple Pie. Just put these in the oven! I used my pizza cutter, made crescent shaped strips and rolled them around the apple slice like a crescent roll. You can get 16 rolls with 2 apples and one refridgerator pie crust roll. Yummmm!

    Mini Apple Pies Bite Size Apple Pies Taste of Home 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 pkg. (14.1 oz..} refrigerated pie crust 3 tbsp. melted butter, divided 2 medium tart apples, each cut into 8 wedges In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, set aside 1 Tbsp. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the pastry. Brush with 2 Tbsp. melted butter, sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Cut each sheet into 8 one inch strips, about 8 in. long. Wrap one strip around each apple wedge, placing sugared side of pastry against apple. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture. bake at 425 for 13-15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 16

    Mini apple pies. Cute, perfect Fall dessert, and EASY! Instead of cutting pie crust into strips, try cutting pie crust into wedges (think crescent roll shape). Just seems like the logical way to cut, since it's round.

bite size apple pies ***Tracy's Note: I'm making these right now. I've revamped the recipe and I'm using refrigerated crescent rolls instead of refrigerated pie crust. ***In a word - DELICIOUS! The crescent dough works well. I used Macintosh apples for my attempt. Also drizzled half of them with maple syrup. Tracy tested - Tracy approved :)

"Rose" Apple Pie Bites: website in another language but super easy to do using pictures as inspiration. Slice apples thinly, soak in ginger ale to prevent browning. Dry slices well. Cut thinly rolled pie crust into strips. Lay apple slices end to end, slightly overlapping w a little extra pie crust at the bottom. Fold extra pie crust over to hold apples in place. Roll into shape. Bake at 425F until browned & centers are cooked through.
